For more than 80 years, Historic Salem, Inc. (HSI) has led the way as a resource and advocate for the preservation of Salem’s treasured historic places and spaces. Only by the generosity of our members and friends like you have we been able to continue this important advocacy work, undaunted and with new creativity, dedicated to preserving Salem’s unique historic character.
Donations support HSI’s advocacy efforts, educational events, and operating costs, including the maintenance of our headquarters, the historic 18th-century Nathaniel Bowditch House, and a small but mighty staff.
